The host Kevin and his partner are also very responsive and helpful. It has all the stuff we need during our stay. Great location. Close to the gondola and the village. Easy access to the bus/shuttle for taking us to the Canyon Lodge. The kitchen has complete equipment for some cooking. The condiments and cooking spices, oils are all there. There was minor issue like one of the beds uneven and the shower head on the second floor is very low, but it’s not going to deter us to stay again in the future. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

Kevin's place has a great layout for a big group and had the best stocked kitchen I've had in an Airbnb! Nice pans, plenty of plates and glasses, sharp knives, lots of seasonings and oils. I'd stay here again!

You can’t get better than this location if you are a huge fan of the village like we are! Walking distance to the village with also great walking around the complex. The road to the lakes is a minute away and it’s very close to the town. We loved the location! Having 3 king beds was ideal for our size of family and the kitchen has literally everything you need, including not one but two crock pots!! We did puzzles on the living room table and dinner / games at the kitchen table with the whole family! Bathrooms had lots of towels and bedrooms had enough space for our luggage. We enjoyed the place and all surroundings!

This place felt like you were staying in a home not just a house. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed. The beds provided a great nights sleep. The living space allowed the whole family to hang together whether cooking, reading, working on a puzzle or taking a nap on the couch. The pool was a short walk from the unit so it was easy to take my nephew to so we could help him burn off all his energy lol. My bro in law used to live in Mammoth & after our first day there he was so impressed with the place & its location he told me to save the listing for future visits. Everyone gave me kudos for booking this place.

Our stay was wonderful. Both hosts were quick with responses and flexible. The house was comfortable and spacious and centrally located. We would definitely stay there again.

Kevin's space is a stones throw away from the village and the slopes which is amazing. The place is easy to find the the pool and community center only a few hundred yards away is a plus. There is also a laundry machine in the community center (bring quarters) which is a plus with dirty sweaty children post biking and skiing. Kevin's hoa had a few interruptions that were out of his control with recent snow damage but he was proactive in helping navigate that. We will return again!

This is the perfect place for a big group to have a cozy stay in Mammoth Lakes! Pros: + Clean + Well utilized space + Walkable distance to the Mammoth Village + 10 min drive to Mammoth mountain + Free Board games, Snacks, Tea/coffee + Fireplace Cons: - No AC or heater with thermostat - Water heater is very slow and can’t provide for 10 guests

This condo was perfect for a friend’s weekend of late season skiing! Kevin was very responsive and extremely accommodating. His place was cozy, we felt like we were at home. The place was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and there was enough seating for everyone around the fire/tv. Parking was easy, with plenty of spots available. There’s easy access to walk to the village both to catch the gondola and to go to restaurants. We will definitely be coming back!
